Important Notes:
Payment
Your credit/debit card is charged when the item leaves our stores NOT when you place the order. We believe this is the correct way to treat customers.
VAT
All software package prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery
To be confident about your software getting to you and to provide you with the best options we are now only using Royal Mail Special Delivery (except for heavier items where we will continue to use an overnight carrier). Too many items were going astray when using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery.
For you this means that when your software leaves our stores it will arrive the following day and be trackable along the way. Using the Royal Mail has an additional benefit that, should you be out when the delivery is attempted, you have the option of collecting the package from your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail depot. We've reluctantly had to increase the P&P charges cover the costs of Special Delivery but feel the extra peace of mind is worth it.
