Welcome to our site!
Whilst nothing beats coming into the physical shop, this site aims to be a close second. Although we cannot possibly list everything here we have in the actual shop. Regular customers will know what a vast range of lovely things we stock!
As in the shop, we are constantly looking for new and interesting items, so whilst some stock lines remain constant, others will change from time to time. This means that we don't always have large quantities of stock of some lines, so if you see something here you simply must have, don't leave it too long before ordering!
Been in the shop and loved something but didn't buy it? Look through our site and see if it's here. If not, try e-mailing us, or phone the shop; we run a mail order service for customers who can give us the name or an adequate description of the item they want!
Payment on the site is through Paypal, but you do not have to have a paypal account to be able to do this.

Aris Allen Shoes & Clothes - At the best prices!
We love our vintage stuff, we love vintage music and we love Swing dancing! Swing Jive and Lindy Hop are our big passions so we also stock Aris Allen Dance Shoes and some great accessories. Aris Allen's are quite simply the best shoes out there for Swing & Jive dancers. With great styling, comfortable footbeds, good support and their signature raw leather sole, they really are the shoe for doing the business on the hardwood! It's not a coincidence that lots of the world's top Lindy Hoppers wear them!
We're all moved in to our new shop now! So we have even more stock of lovely Aris Allens for you to try or buy or both. We now have all our stock (lots!) at the shop so you don't need to let us know in advance if you want to come and try things on. There is no harm however, in phoning up to check size availability if you are coming from a distance and we strongly recommend you do this as stock changes on a daily basis
PLEASE NOTE: NO SHOES IN THE SHOP FROM THE 27th AUGUST UNTIL THE 1st SEPTEMBER WHILST WE ARE AT TWINWOOD WITH ALL THE STOCK. You can still place an order and we will endeavour to fulfil it from the 1st September. If we can't, we will refund you immediately or give you the option of waiting for new stock or a different item.
WE KEEP LOTS OF STOCK So if your size is listed, it's most likely available for IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT and will be posted to you within 4-5 days of placing your order!
PLEASE NOTE
According to our experience 'out in the field', we've listed the shoes on here in UK SIZES. To help keep postage costs down, please be prepared to have some discussion via phone or e-mail on sizes and measurements, so we can get the right size to you first time!
Postage is by weight, so typically, a pair of pumps or sneakers tend to cost 3.95. Leather shoes (especially men's) are heavier so can be between 3.95 and 4.95. Clothing tends to be between £3 and £4 per item. If you want to purchase multiple items, phone us - we may be able to reduce postage costs
