Spinner for 2200 engine - Polished Aluminium - 5" diameter.

Do you have problems getting the fibreglass Jabiru spinner to centre properly? An off-centre spinner will cause vibration at certain RPM settings. This scull cap type spinner locates corectly every time and the highly polished finish looks very smart. Manufactured by Hegar.

This is suitable for the Jabiru 4 cylinder engine and Rotax engines because the base plate is drilled with a 4" diameter bolt pattern for Jabiru as well as 100mm and 75 mm for Rotax. Main picture is a GT prop on a Jabiru, inset picture is a Warp Drive prop on a Rotax 912 in a Rans S6.

Prop bolts used on the GT, Kremen, Sensenich and Jabiru props can be used with this spinner.

Replacement VDO CHT sender, cable and plug with 12mm ring

As supplied with the Jabiru kit but with a 12mm ring (not 14mm) which fits perfectly under the D9EA spark plugs to provide a much better gas-tight seal and more accurate temperature readings.

Mahle Knecht OC-534 - Toyota/Jabiru Oil Filter

Incorporates an Anti-Drainback Valve. We have sold hundreds of these filters both to Jabiru owners and Jabiru service personel.

Top Quality automotive oil filter manufactured by the German company Mahle Knecht. Original equipment suppliers to BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, VW, and many more.

The fact is, the Jabiru engine uses an ordinary automotive filter designed for Toyota cars. The brand supplied and fitted by Jabiru is Ryco, an Australian automotive filter manufacturer. Jabiru list in their Instruction & Maintenance Manual, document number JEM2201-7, "OIl Filter - Ryco Z 386 or equivalent"

Mahle Knecht OC-534 has an anti-drainback valve and is equivalent to Ryco Z 386 in every way. Both are manufactured for use on the same Toyota car engines.

Saf-Air Jabiru oil drain sump valve

Fast, clean and simple oil changing. See Conveneince and Comfort section for Rotax version Fits 4 Cyl from s/n225 to present day, but only suitable for 6 cyl engines up to Dec.2005 when a revised exhaust layout was implemented.

With the Saf-Air oil drain valve fitted in place of the sump plug you eliminate all the hassle associated with the oil change. Connect a piece of 3/8" tube to the valve, place the other end in a suitable container and push and twist to start the flow of oil. Then just leave it to drain.

Manufactured from aluminium and stainless steel, with replaceable 'o' ring seals. Supplied with a small (0.25oz) tube of anti-seize compound. The valve body is drilled so it can be lockwired to the sump. This is an FAA approved item.

Exhaust Springs

Springs to retain the exhaust silencer.
About 2.5" long, and 1/2" diameter with hook ends. Zinc plated for corrosion resistance.

TIP Rust starts to eat away at the contact point on the hook. It's not always obvious until one day it just snaps. Check your springs regularly.

Oil Seal for Jabiru distributor shaft

Replacement oil seal for the distributor shafts. With time these seals can begin to leak.

Replacement is simple. Remove the cap and rotor, then remove the cap screws from distributor base. You can then pop out the old seal, insert new seal, replace distributor base & screws, and reinstall cap & rotor.

12mm ring terminal for CHT thermocouple

The Jabiru build book tells you to carefully remove the 14mm ring terminal supplied with the CHT instrument and replace it with a 12mm ring terminal. Now it fits the D9EA plugs and more accurate CHT readings will result.

85mm VDO Tacho with engine hour counter. 0-4000rpm,

Programmable, 12V, 4-6-8 cylinder. For use with all current electronic control units (DDEC, etc.), inductive, alternator, standard ignition, electronic ignition, and hall-effect applications. Engine hours are displayed in the LCD window. Non-volatile memory chip stores hours even without power.

Honda Grey and TEK Black Ignition Coils

Sorry, but we are no longer selling these coils. They are both original equipment on Honda generators and can be bought from their generator and lawnmower dealers - look in Yellow Pages for one near you. Here are the part numbers that you will need to ask for, expect to pay between £50 and £70.

30500-ZF5-003 this is the black TEK FL883 coil
30500-ZF6-W02 this is the earlier grey coil and it is more expensive

Jabiru Voltage Regulator

We don't sell this item but it is manufactured by Kubota, who make tractors and lawnmowers. It should not cost more than about £60.00.
